Heart Rate Monitors

Have you heard of Polar? Well, you soon will be. This ingenious training system integrates heart sensors in tops with travel sensors in shoes, providing a summary of your exercise and tracking your progress via a watch. It will also download training details to a computer for wholistic training programme management.
